  • When you become resilient, perspective shifts to manage issues that once were impossible.
  • Practice gratitude as a key strategy for physical and emotional health and well-being
  • Rid yourself of “busy” handcuffs to find out ”Who am I?” and “What do I want?”
  • Set priorities and boundaries; both are important and use them daily as your guide.
  • Identify your reciprocal support system; be there for them as they are here for you.
