An underwater enthusiast for 30+ years, Kramer is a scuba diver and scuba ‘instructor, while growing his company, Dive Tours International, LLC. He is committed to preserving Black maritime heritage, mentorship, marine science, and outreach to underserved youth. Kember teaches people of all ages to scuba dive and enjoy the water.
